Two phones. Two very different philosophies. One decision.

The Infinix Note 50x and the Realme C100x are both fighting for the attention of Pakistani buyers in the Rs. 44,999 to Rs. 53,999 price range — and both of them make genuinely compelling arguments for why they deserve your money. The Note 50x arrives with a premium AMOLED display, an OIS camera, 5G connectivity, and an Aerospace Grade Aluminum build that feels like it belongs in a phone costing considerably more. The C100x fires back with an 8000 mAh Silicon Carbon battery that nothing in this price range can match, 45W fast charging, NFC, Android 16, and drop resistance up to 2 meters.

Choosing between them requires being honest about what actually matters in your daily life with a smartphone. This comparison exists to make that decision as clear as possible.

We have reviewed both phones individually in depth. You can read the full Infinix Note 50x 5G review and the full Realme C100x review on our site before reading this comparison if you want complete specification context. This article focuses on the direct head to head differences that determine which phone is actually right for you.

    Price Comparison

The Realme C100x is available in Pakistan at Rs. 44,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage base variant, with a 6GB RAM and 256GB storage option also available at a slightly higher price.

The Infinix Note 50x 5G is expected at Rs. 53,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant with an additional 8GB Extended RAM support bringing effective total memory to 16GB.

The price gap between the two phones is Rs. 9,000. Whether that Rs. 9,000 is worth spending depends entirely on which phone’s strengths align with how you use a smartphone every day. This comparison will answer that question directly.

    Display

This is where the two phones diverge most significantly and where the Note 50x’s Rs. 9,000 premium begins to feel justified.

The Note 50x uses a 6.82 inch AMOLED panel with 144Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits peak brightness. The C100x uses a 6.8 inch IPS LCD panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 900 nits peak brightness. Both are large, smooth, and comfortable for everyday use. But AMOLED and IPS LCD are fundamentally different technologies that deliver fundamentally different visual experiences.

On the Note 50x, dark scenes in movies and games show true deep blacks because AMOLED pixels that are not illuminated are literally switched off. The same scene on the C100x shows a dark grey rather than true black because the LCD backlight is always on behind the panel. Colors on the Note 50x are more vivid and saturated. The viewing experience in low light is dramatically better on AMOLED because the display itself consumes less power when displaying dark content.

The 1300 nits versus 900 nits brightness difference matters significantly in Pakistan’s outdoor conditions. Under direct sunlight, the Note 50x stays fully readable and color accurate. The C100x at 900 nits is adequate but noticeably less comfortable in the same conditions.

The Always On Display on the Note 50x is an additional convenience that the C100x does not offer.

Winner: Infinix Note 50x by a clear margin.

    Camera

Both phones use a 50 MP main sensor as their primary camera but the similarity ends at the megapixel count.

The Note 50x’s 50 MP camera has a large 1/1.57 inch sensor size, an f/1.9 aperture, Phase Detection Autofocus, and Optical Image Stabilization. The C100x’s 50 MP camera has an f/1.8 aperture and PDAF but does not have OIS and has a smaller sensor.

OIS is the difference that shows up most clearly in real world use. When you are shooting handheld in a dim restaurant, at a family event in the evening, or recording video while walking, OIS physically stabilizes the camera sensor and compensates for your hand movement. The result is sharper photos at slower shutter speeds and dramatically smoother video footage. Without OIS, the C100x in the same conditions produces softer photos and shakier video that software stabilization can only partially correct.

The Note 50x’s 1440p video at 30fps and 1080p at 240fps slow motion are both specifications the C100x cannot match. The C100x records at 1080p at 30fps maximum. For buyers who shoot video regularly whether for social media, family events, or content creation this difference is immediately visible on any modern screen.

The Note 50x’s 16 MP front camera also outresolves the C100x’s 5 MP front camera significantly for selfies and video calls.

Winner: Infinix Note 50x by a significant margin for camera quality and video capability.

    Battery

This is the section where the Realme C100x does not just win it wins by a distance that no other phone in this price range comes close to challenging.

The C100x carries an 8000 mAh Silicon Carbon battery. The Note 50x carries a 5200 mAh battery. That is a 2800 mAh difference — and in real world daily use that gap translates to approximately one full additional day of battery life for moderate users.

Light to moderate C100x users can expect two to three days between charges. Heavy users who game, stream, and keep the screen on extensively will comfortably clear two full days. The Note 50x delivers reliable all day endurance for most users but does not reach into two day territory the way the C100x does.

The C100x’s Silicon Carbon battery chemistry is advanced technology that achieves higher energy density than standard lithium ion cells, meaning the 8000 mAh is not just larger but more chemically sophisticated than what most competing phones at this price use.

Both phones support 45W fast charging. The C100x also supports reverse wired charging, allowing it to act as a power bank for other devices — a feature the Note 50x does not offer.

Realme C100x 8000mAh battery vs Infinix Note 50x 5200mAh battery comparison Pakistan
Realme C100x 8000 mAh Silicon Carbon battery versus Infinix Note 50x 5200 mAh battery — the C100x delivers two to three days of endurance compared to the Note 50x’s reliable one day performance, making battery life the clearest win for the Realme in this comparison.

    Performance

The Dimensity 7300 in the Note 50x is a more powerful chipset than the Unisoc T7250 in the C100x. This is not a subtle difference — it is a meaningful performance gap that shows up in gaming, camera processing speed, app loading times, and sustained performance under heavy workloads.

The Note 50x also carries 5G capability through the Dimensity 7300, which the C100x does not have. As Pakistan’s 5G network continues to expand across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and other major cities, 5G compatibility means the Note 50x will remain network relevant for three to four years rather than becoming a 4G-only device in an increasingly 5G world.

The Note 50x’s 8GB physical RAM combined with 8GB Extended RAM gives it 16GB effective memory for multitasking. The C100x’s 4GB or 6GB RAM is sufficient for everyday use but will show more app reloading behavior under heavy multitasking compared to the Note 50x’s setup.

Both phones run Android 15 at the time of writing and both have XOS or Realme UI software layers. The Note 50x’s Aerospace Grade Aluminum frame is a build quality advantage that the C100x’s plastic frame cannot match the Note 50x simply feels more premium in hand.

The Note 50x also includes NFC alongside an infrared blaster, JBL tuned Hi-Res Wireless audio, and an RGB notification light on the back. The C100x includes NFC and an RGB notification light. Both offer IP64 dust and water splash resistance.

Winner: Infinix Note 50x on performance, 5G, build quality, and audio experience.

Who Should Buy the Infinix Note 50x 5G

Buy the Note 50x if you use your phone primarily for content consumption and creation — watching videos, shooting photos, recording social media content, and gaming. The AMOLED display, OIS camera, 240fps slow motion, 5G connectivity, and Hi-Res audio make it the better phone for every one of those use cases. The Aerospace Grade Aluminum build and premium feel are a daily quality-of-life advantage that compounds over time.

Who Should Buy the Realme C100x

Buy the C100x if battery life is genuinely the most important thing in your daily phone use and everything else is secondary to that priority. Three days between charges is a freedom that no other phone in this price range offers. For students in long classes, field workers, travelers, and anyone who cannot reliably access a charger throughout the day, the 8000 mAh battery is not a specification — it is a daily life improvement.

Read the full Realme C100x review for the complete breakdown of everything this phone offers at Rs. 44,999.

If you are comparing the C100x against other battery-focused phones in Pakistan, our Xiaomi Redmi 15C review at Rs. 37,999 shows a strong alternative with a 6000 mAh battery at a lower price point.

    Final Verdict

The Infinix Note 50x 5G is the better phone. Its AMOLED display, OIS camera, 5G connectivity, superior performance, and premium build make it the stronger overall package at Rs. 53,999. The Rs. 9,000 premium over the C100x is justified by a meaningful upgrade in display technology, camera capability, and future-ready connectivity.

The Realme C100x is the right choice for one specific buyer — someone for whom battery endurance genuinely matters more than every other specification combined. If that is you, the C100x’s 8000 mAh battery is unbeatable at Rs. 44,999 and no phone in this price range will serve that specific need better.

Overall Winner: Infinix Note 50x 5G for most buyers.
Best Battery Phone in This Range: Realme C100x for endurance-focused buyers.
